Returns and Cancelations
Returns
We accept returns on physical items within 14 days of delivery. If your order contained multiple items delivered separately, the window begins when each item arrives.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at [your store email] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions on where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are not refundable. There is no restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet been fulfilled. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it may still qualify for a return under the policy above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
