How to use

Start with clean, fully dry skin. Skip lotion, oil, and sunscreen at the site; they shorten the adhesive's lifespan.

Peel the liner, then place your sensor on the adhesive side, with the sensor lights facing away from the adhesive.

Apply to skin so the sensor lights sit flush against you. Common placements include the torso, hip, waist, rib, or arm.

Press the edges firmly for 20 to 30 seconds.

Replace at recharge, or sooner if edges lift or skin becomes irritated. Follow the printed guidance on the pack.
